What Kathy gave me of Kristen
Something that I'm grateful for is my sister Kathy, who told me a story about my sister Kristen, one night Kathy was late getting to a rendezvous, and Kristen was enthralled with the evening sky, laying back on the hood of her car.
I've already begun the tender, loving work of weaving this into my personal mythology.
If you know what I mean, you know that it's wonderfully hopeful.
Thank you Kathy, for being human enough for me to see your mind, and beautiful enough to see what light was in her, and for telling me.
